I’m excited to announce that I now have a studio at 333 Midland in Highland Park. I’ve been a big fan of this community of artists for years and look forward to working in the new space!
Today at Riverside Arts Center there is a panel discussion from 3:30pm-5pm called “Remix: A dialogue among mixed race folx of the African Diaspora”. I will kick off the panel with an artist talk on the influence of race in my work. Come join in the conversation!

Some of the drawings I did this fall while teaching figure drawing at the College for Creative Studies.
I am the juror for the exhibit: “My Personal Journey”, up now thru Dec 8.at the Grosse Pointe Art Center. I will be giving an artist talk followed by an awards presentation on Sunday, October 13 at 2pm.
I designed and painted a mural at Dixon Elementary in Detroit with the assistance of two of my fellow employees from General Motors.
I have a page in this wonderful new comic featuring more than thirty local non-comic artists who were invited to create a single page comic with the theme- Detroit: Time and Place.
